Worst service ever with *********** student advisors!!!

I’ve registered with the assistance of Tshepiso Molatlhegi who is the allocated student advisor I’ve sent through all the necessary documents even sponsorship letter and I’ve requested for a tax invoice so that my sponsor can process payment and now all of a sudden Tshepiso has disappeared and not responding to either emails or calls.

I am about to loose my sponsorship due to this inconvenience and I called the head office and it seems like there was no application that was done . So this student advisor just kept on requesting my documents and was not even registering me .

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this whole process and it seems like no one can even assist me with urgency to rectify this issue
