Worst service and rude behaviour

I registered to study through Regent and through unfortunate health issues had to deferred my studies. Obviously at every point I was charge. Eventually I receiver study material that was incorrect, and them had to remind them to send me information regarding assignments and exams.

Today I called the research department as they want me to write 3 exams and submit a research project during the same week and I was screamed at by the lady there, and being told how unfair it is that I now receive an extension and she was very rude.

I have studied through a few institutions over the years and Regent is one I will never recommend to anyone as they are unprofessional and really don't treat students well.
