Worst experience with Mandisa
I have never experienced such with all the advisors I worked with during my study at regent , Mandisa has made my life very horrible and does not do what she has been asked to do . Delayed my registration progress and does not even give feedback. Even today I am still waiting for Mandisa feedback . She gave me horrible service . I actually even wants to change my student advisor . Please advise me of your complains processes so that I can take this matter higher . Should I become late with my assignments Regent and its employe will have to accoubt for this. I am not going to pay for any late submission fees . Mandisa and regent will have to account for this

I will like to take this opportunity to send my Gratitude to Nokuthula Vilakazi who worked in the interest of the company to make sure that the above has been resolved. I was completely impressed with her professionalism and customer service. She went over and above to make sure that I know how to navigate the system and find where i find my assignments are after advising me that my registration has gone through successfully. The above has really pulled a toll on me but she turned the whole situation around by my making me feel Valuable as the student of Regent. I highly recommend this Nokuthula as she has the Customer as the center of her heart. Nokuthula stay amazing and keep raising Regent Business School Flag High.
