Want cancel and for my company to be refunded.

I m appalled by Regent Business School service worse I have ever dealt with. From the 17th May 2025 Have had issues with their portal and not being able to access my examination time table. Have had numerous call with recruitment agent that referred me to their support agent till this day have had no joy.

Every time I have to spend time and wasted airtime on the phone with them . The last encounter they still send me my schedule with module short and they had to escalate to their tech support for assistance.

How do I plan for my exams if this continues, Have called accounts to log a complaint and am still waiting for to be called back. the details on google for their complaints department do not work email and contact number.

I" am also told since I have submitted their quiz and some assignment they will not refund my company. If I knew this is service I would get I wouldn't have bothered doing any of those assessments/ quiz .

I just want my company to be refunded and do not ever want to deal with Regent Business School ever again
