VERY POOR STUDENT SUPPORT AND SERVICES

<p>As a parent I was horrified when I received my sons result - (who is currently a 2nd year student) that he failed due to non submission of an assignment ,after investigation found that the assigment was submitted timeously, when I forwarded it to the relevant departments and threatened them with further action I was contacted by an administrator who stated there was a computer glitch. At no given point the students were not notified about this discrepancy. Claiming to be a world recognised institution this this is unacceptable. On the 20.12.2016 a statement was sent through stating January and July 2016 results. The November results is not on the statement, when contacted the institution was put through various departments who clearly cannot understand or explain the query. It is sad when parents who do not have facilities like email to check and investigate issues like this and just accepts that their child is a failure, </p>
