Unsatisfactory services and poor communication

I app**** for deferral which was approved last year in 2023, up to today student portal has not been uploaded. Been sent from pillar to post with emails not answered. Since Jan 2024 been told portal will be uploaded. Paid for services not rendered. They have poor communication with students.
