Unprofessional treatmen

Unprofessional treatment received from Farmina Khan the student Account consultant - I have been asking her to provide me with an Invoice with the school letterhead - She provided a black and white document that looked very unprofessional- have been sending her emails and she is not responding to them and my bursary department closes today . Should I miss this bursary opportunity will regent pay for my school fees
