Unprofessional Assisting and misguided

To whom it may concern

I would like to send a complaint about Regent Business School, I am being Mistreatment by this institution since January 2020. The pain and frustration that I am experiencing with Regent Business School it is very bad , I am currently studying (BCOM General) since 2018. I got my Exams results around January/February 2020 where I was unfortunately have to re-register two of my subjects (Business Management and Economics), as I was trying my best to find out what do I have to do since I didn’t pass all my subjects. I couldn’t believe the unpleasant experience that I was going through to date. I used to call everyday just get hold of their unavailable assistance , I have spoken with about more than three assistance after waiting the whole day for them to pick up my call.

And none of them have given me the professional assistance they all mislead me, giving me the wrong information and frustrated me even further. What I have realised about this institution they don’t care about their students well-being they just focus on money, and the reason why I am saying this, the first time when I was trying to register with Regent one of the enrolment consultantShazia gave me the wrong forms without checking my study records.

After when I was done with the payment of my registration fees then she told me that I won’t be able to get my study material because “I have to re-register for those two subjects first “which she was supposed to told me before. and I said to her but I was told that I can register for my second year while doing the other two subjects and why am I getting such unprofessional people who keeps on misleading me with false information!?.

What makes me angry is when I registered for my first year I was assisted by one of the enrolment consultant ( Nyasha Masaya) based in Johannesburg her service was very professional like I was the only student at Regent Business School. Nyasha used to call and follow up with my registration payments and even went as far as sending me study material twice without any payment made. I was convinced I am choosing the right institution ,but after paying the registration fees everything changed. I don’t think I can recommend anyone to go study with this institution especially for distance learning all they care about is money not your future.

All I am asking for is my registration refund since I am not doing anything yet I have paid my registration fees and still not receive any feedback or study material that I have requested before lockdown. And given the circumstances of Lockdown I can see from my study group that most students are complaining about the same issue as mine and others are busy with their assignments I was advise by your consultant that if I can push these two subjects by June I can be able to register for my second year. I was ready and willing to work on my studies as hard as I can but this school is dragging me down and I won’t be able to complete my Degree. I have learned the hard way I thought with Regent I will get the best educational guidance and remarkable accomplishment as planned for my goals , I was told before that this is not the right institution to register with and now I have a proof and experienced the same pain. I wish I could have listened to your former students who’s been through the same pain and mistreated by this institution. I am regretting for wasting my time and money thinking this is the right place to further my studies. Can I please have my refund I will register with other institution that makes sense and care most about people’s future not destroy it furthermore.

Please see below the details for all the people who communicated with me and never helped me accordingly: *** *** *** *** *** *** Nyasha Masaya
