Unhappy student

Worst experience I've ever had with an institution.. I did my last two modules in 2024, end of the year I was told they could not find my results anywhere but could see that I submitted assignments and wrote my exams. I gave in and since been trying to register the two modules I'm left with again this year.. I'm told, we will call you.. I receive a buzz then an email stating "we've been trying to reach you without any luck". To date I cannot get my results for last year and even went to their Auckland park campus to get assistance but still with no luck. Being trying to register the two modules I'm short of for my degree again this year but all I'm receiving is just poor communication.. Worst experience ever.. Do not in anyway engage with this institution. I
