Totally dissatisfied
Nothing I HATE MORE THAN phoning the REGENT CONTACT CENTER, I’m holding for almost an hour, 4 people already transferred me from pillar to post. This one tells me Michelle needs to help me, this is after I’ve already been transferred FOUR TIMES!! I told that consultant but she kept telling me about Michelle. Regent College Do better!! Now I’m back on the queue being caller number 7 like I have no work to do. Now I must wait another 40 minutes just to get transferred!! I AM ANGRY!!

23 May 2024, 12:59I’ve been position one for the past 30mins. I need a proforma invoice to apply for bursary. I have never given you issues with paying for my fees, all I want is a proforma invoice and I would hate to miss a bursary cycle at work.
