Terrible college

Worst! I have been studying at Regent for 2 years. They changed to a new system in the beginning of the year. Last year I had no problem studying with them until now. They don’t answer when you phone them. I have been struggling to get ahold of Student Support for a week. Then I get the hotline saying they will contact me back. They phone me to ask when I will be paying a mandatory graduation fee but don’t answer the phone. I was put through to student support they just don’t answer the phone. This is very unprofessional for me as a college where students don’t get any information whatsoever.
