Study Material Despatch

I have been waiting for my study material for more than 7 days after completion of registration. Every time I call my student advisor, Shazia Yusuf, she cannot provide an answer so she sent soft copies of the study material. I did mention to her that I prefer hard copies. It's bad enough that I spent 8.5 hours looking at my laptop at work, I can't study with it at home.
