Student account

I am not happy with the service i received from the lady who works at student accounts her name is Ravashni Moodley. I had previously sent an email regarding my student account, which was not acknowledged. Today, Ms. Moodley called me, but despite me advising that I was unable to speak at the time, continued to speak to me however like I am her friend. Please can someone call me to get this resolved and get her some people skills training.
