SHOCKED/ DISSAPOINTED.

I am an extremely disappointed student. I have been studying with regent business school for the past 4 years i successfully completed my undergraduate degree in 2020 and graduated may 2021. Despite continuous complaints form other students. I never really had any issues. I then decided to register for my honors with them in 2021. I submitted my assignments as the norm and all was well. however when i got my results my Economics one assignment had to be remarked because the marker underscored me marked me incorrect for an entire question. however before i could complain , i realized that the error was fixed the moderator remarked and corrected the error. assignment available as proof.

Come June 2021 exam period I was infected with Covid and hospitalized , 3rd wave and could not sit for the 3 exams I was meant to write , being Economics , Marketing and Operations management. I submitted a doctors note and sent an email requesting aegrotat , I was informed I can write the subs, I paid for the subs and wrote the exams.

I completed the year in Nov 2021. however due to the fact that I had outstanding fees could not get my results.

I was able to apply for a loan to pay the outstanding fees in time for graduation,

I received my results , and only to find out that i attained 34% in the exam , to my shock i cant graduate nor register for my MBA. whats worse i have never been a student that averages such a mark especially after the marking error that occurred with my assignment .

I called regent business school in the 29th to request for my exam answer sheet and a remark i have been sent from pillar to post , I called 20 times being hung up when I am meant to be transferred to the exams department for them to furnish my answer sheet as per my right , NO RESPONSE.

I have sent through numerous emails NO RESPONSE.

ALARMING !

I need my exam script and need to see my actual mark. I am now beginning to understand multiple student complaints that people are failed on purpose so that they can re register a module

my company is willing to pay for my MBA and i was meant to register with this very same institution i believed in.

But now I am shocked.

How many students get in debt to try and invest in their education while institutions like Regent and their non challant *********** staff , negatively impact on the outcome of their studies ?

Disgusted.
