Shocked and disappointed

Im very unahppy with Regent Business School, on wednesday i was writing amy accounting papr scheduled for 14:00 in the afternoon, i couldnt download the paper until 3 in the afternoon, i wrote but couldnt finish as i was hand writting the exam and had to type up the work. the shocking part is that a logged a fault online and they promised someone will call be back or send me an email and nothing happened, today i again the same problem, called student support and spoke to Nonhlanhla who advised that there is a problem with the site and that i should continue trying to download the paper, when i asked her if the time will be extended for submission, she couldnt answer. WHY ARE WE AS PAYING STUDENTS BEING PREJUDICED LIKE THIS.

oh i forfot the lady in the exams department i spoke to yesterday to complain about the technical issued i had just said sorry but there isnt anything they cn do to assist and that was that !!!!!
