Shirley Rathensamy unprofessional conduct

Shirley Rathensamy has been non-responsive on email which has led to my results not being issued by the Examination Department.

I am worrying if this level of unprofessionalism is displayed by staff what professionals are they producing or modelling for undergraduate students.

This MBA was my first and last qualification to be done through a private institution.
