Rescheduling of exams

I have requested Regent's exam department to send me a revised personalized timetable as they moved exam dates due to their system failures and incompetence. The department in question, simply refused and I need the revised timetable to be personalized like the original timetable as I must take time off work (yet again) and my employer is requesting this. They have absolutely no remorse or consideration for the inconvenience they have caused and even have the effrontery to deny my request. They have created this mess and should do everything possible to remedy the situation. Their service really leaves much to be desired. I am appalled.
