Regent School of money

My experience with RBS was a frustrating one. I enrolled late March and only received my books in April. Needless to say I missed out on deadlines for assignments. I contacted RBS many times to give me the correct dates, to change the dates. Nothing happened. I only fell behind more and more. I paid for the year I wanted to study in full. Twice when I was on the phone with RBS to express my frustration, I got laughed at. Finally I had to get a deferral for which I had to pay another R1700. I have phoned, emailed and even drove to their campus in Cape Town. Shuaib in their Durban office was not very understanding either. If I want to continue I have to pay the deferral fee. RBS made it clear they are after your money rather than to help you. I would not recommend Regent School of Business
