Regent made me Skip exams Intentionally

It sadness my heart to miss my exams , when I phoned regent to ask when can I expect my timetable . The lady I spoke to over the phone was shocked and tell me did you mean for supplementary. I said to her I did not write exams because I did not receive my timetable as I am used to. She mentioned the exams have passed and I said it is impossible because I was not sent my timetable nor notified as usual . The lady suggested that I write aegroat of which I must pay for . I don't have any extra fees on my pocket to pay for such and she told me I could have gone in to their system to check the timetable which is not user friendly as well. She had to show me today where the supplementary question papers are in the system. I cannot afford to re register for next year and again I can't afford to pay any extra fees for those exams I was not informed of .This is very unfair
