Regent is about themselves and NOT the students

I regret enrolling with this institution. The student support, or rather LACK there of is what this business school is about. We are a group of more than 400 students and we need to rely on each other to try and figure out what things mean. Lectures are a joke. 1 hour and most of the time no opportunity to ask questions. As a distance learner, I completely understand the aspect of self study and distance learning however, STUDENT support should atleast be there to support me with queries. My most recent email was referrred to who I believe is HOD. Reshana Bharuth. This person didn't even dignify me with a response. basically what they saying is ****** off. We have an upcoming examination. It is so sad how students are falling all over the place to help each other. This institution has no ethics, they do not care about the students. There really is NO SUPPORT. Atleast, I haven't received. One of the students was so frustrated she even asked the Dean's number. So many mistakes in the module guides and they send us into exams without assignment results? I wouldn't recommend this institution to anybody. For a first year and for the first semester, it has been a nightmare. I feel like we have been setup for failure.
