REGENT DOESNT TAKE STUDENTS SERIOUSLY

I am a final year student waiting for 1 accounting module results and Regent doesnt respond to emails or calls. I have called X10 before midday and no feedback. I finally got through and very nonchalant about our results. If one has to rewrite an exam, cant it be done earlier. Regent has cost us so much time to appy for Postgraduate at other Universities, do you guys even care that we are stressed.
