Regent doesn't care about it's students

I been a student of Regent for 2 years now. Every year we get charged a pre-registration fee of R4000 but every time we have to fight for study material. We are told that the module guide is online. What are we paying for if we cannot even get hard copies. It is an added expense for printing those online copies and makes it very difficult to study for exams without them and when you send them emails they take forever to get back to you.
