Regent Business School - Stay away!

Anyone out there don't go near Regent Business school. I cancelled my son's studies a month after registering with them because there were no study materials for any of his subjects, as they had changed the syllabus, I then got a phone call to say the one subject had been uploaded on the portal, and this is when I had cancelled his studies. I then sent an email to say ignore the cancellation . 3 months later I cancelled again because there was no exam schedules on the portal, my son didn't know about the exams, there was consistent problems, like study materials uploaded a week before small exams, not the main exams. In June 2024 I sent an email to cancel, actually I told them I wanted a refund. This was the most incredibly bad experience ever, my son was so depressed. After all that they still send invoices and threaten me with the credit bureau. They are harassing me, when they didn't deliver, I don't know how they have a license to operate.
