Regent business school staff incompetence

The experience l have received in Regents business school is nothing short of shocking. I phoned the school 2 weeks ago to find out why l have not received communication regarding graduation only to be informed that l was supposed to write a Supplementary in July.No one bothered from the exam department to communicate with me that l am meant to write a supp.They do not want to take accountability for their incompetence and now a student has to pay for it.Imagine being told two weeks before graduation and to make matters worse l have sent countless emails to the school with no response. They know they didn't communicate because if they did they would have simply forwarded me the previous communication.They cut the phone when l call to make a follow-up on the matter. They don't care how they are ruining people's lives.l would not advice anyone to study with this business school. They are a fly by night.You won't get your qualification after studying hard and investing your money and time.

I was due for a promotion this month as l had thought everything was in order.lm not be getting it because l choose the wrong school to advance my education it.l have wasted a lot of money and time thinking this would improve my life and that of my children. Don't make the same mistake l made!!!
