REGENT BUSINESS SCHOOL IS A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please note that I bought the Short Course in Data Analysis a few days and this is order #21510. I have been trying to access the material but I cannot over the past few days. I have called the Regent team multiple times and they all do is transfer me from pillar to post. I first called and they said I just called at 11AM and speak to Brandon Govender. When I call again at 11AM, they transferred me to Marketing from marketing they transferred me to Reception and reception they said they will transfer me to student support which I never got anyone.

This is honestly disgustingly service and I was planning on starting my BCOM degree but how will that even work if a simple only short is a nightmare to complete.

Please resolve this issue and give me the student number that is required before I login as I did not obtain this
