REGENT BUSINESS SCHOOL INCONSISTANTENCY IN CRITERIA I TAKE

I am a current student with Regent and I have just completed an advanced diploma in financial management which is an Nqf level 7. I have registered for an honours HR and was previously advised I would be accepted once my nqf 7 is completed. This year regent responsed to my registration as declined as their criteria was vague! Vague when in black and white printed it stipulates an advanced diploma is a requirement which I have? I also know of students who have been accepted prior to 2021 and I find this rather frustrating, unacceptable for such a big institution to feed their students false info and give us false hope. Their should be consistency and fair consideration. Please look into my complaint and I await feedback.
