Regent Business School incompetence, unmarked assignments, lack of customer care...

I submitted my assignments 1 and 2 once on my portal, but I received one mark , now it says I did not submit an assignment, please assist. This is for Accounting 2 assignment, what I did was to attach 1 and 2 assignments together on student portal and I received marks for only one assignment. Its been 2 weeks since the query was sent to student support and i have not recieved any feeback. I have been given the following numbers which ring till voicemail *** zizo *** bomi

This is so frustrating as no one is willing to help resolve this. Please Regent can someone who knows or cares about her or his job as well as providing a solutioni call me please.
