Regent Business School Delaying completion of MBA degree
I Enrolled with Regent Business School for an MBA degree. I cannot complete the course because the Research department Including Kerusha Reddy's response to my Research subject is poor if not lacking. The research proposal has been approved, however, I struggle to get feedback from this school regarding completing this course. this lack of feedback and communication has been spanning since 2022 and now Kerusha indicates that I need to pay for the subject again. I do not have an issue paying for the subject even though they were delaying the completion of this last subject. I have contacted student support and they also do not assist with this query. I'm not frustrated as I fully paid for the entire course and now they were trying to ****** more money from me. their communication is simply poor and they have arrogance when replying to queries. I will send my completed document and only after some months of emailing them weekly will I get feedback.

21 Oct 2024, 17:12I must express my disappointment that attention to my case has only come after I reached out to external parties. The prolonged delays in communication and support from the research administrator and the research department have been frustrating.
I submitted my research papers on the following dates: 2024/02/16 – received feedback 2024/03/15, 2024/04/15 – received feedback 2024/07/31, 2024/08/05 received feedback 2024/09/17. I submitted the last set of documents on September 27th for review, yet I am only now informed that the permission letter and ethics form have not been submitted for approval. I am now supposed to pay a deferral fee of R2000, whilst on their forms it's stated as R500 per deferral module.

After my previous professor resigned — without any notification from the university — I was allocated a new supervisor. He submitted my dissertation to Regent, yet neither the school nor Ms. Kerusha Reddy have provided any feedback. This silence is unacceptable and is now directly delaying the completion of my Master’s degree.
The lack of transparency, failure to inform me of staff changes, and prolonged turnaround times for feedback demonstrate serious administrative inefficiencies. Students should not be penalized or left in limbo due to the institution’s internal shortcomings.
I request immediate action:
• Clear timelines for feedback on my dissertation.
• Transparent communication regarding supervisor changes and responsibilities.
• Assurance that my academic progress will not be compromised by Regent’s delays.
