REFUSAL TO ISSUE RESULTS AFTER WAITING TWO SEMESTERS

I'M GIVING A ONE-STAR BECAUSE THERE'S NO OPTION FOR A ZERO. I have been waiting for my updated statement of results since June of last year. Really frustrated and disappointed at the rate they decided to treat this situation. I was **** to (with email evidence to prove) that i failed the semester due to not submitting a project but once i sent them proof of early submission, they quickly changed their statement and said that they now see the submission, however, I failed. I then proceeded to ask for an updated SOR and detailed marking scheme of the project, but they refused claiming that my funds were incomplete (bear in mind, the course was sponsored and paid in full by SANZAF at the beginning of the course). Towards the end of last year, I even had the "privilege" of speaking to Mr Thomas, who assured me that everything would be sorted out and he gave me his personal number. After I did not receive my results as promised, I decided to message him. To my amazement, instead of him assisting, he turned around and asked me who gave me his number (I can give the time, date, and which area we were located when the whole conversation took place between me and him). today is the 1st of February and I still haven't received my results. I cannot register to further my studies due to not having my results. my peers are about to commence with semester 2 of the Bcom Deg which I was supposed to be a part of but I am not even able to apply to study the 1st semester.
