Refund registration before my registration is finalized and the corse commences

Before registering the communication was 10/10, up until I paid the registration fee, then replies stopped for some time. While they were still open for registration I had to de-register and request a refund as unforeseen financial obligations came my way. I sent my cancellation request and all supporting documents, and to date still waiting on the refund. The responses I get on email from Thando Sibiya never states why the hold-up or when the funds will be paid over. I am actually really disappointed in this institution and really looked forward to studying at Regent, but if this is the struggle I go through to get my own money back I do not want to think what the struggle is to get course-related cooperation
