Refund me please

Out of the all the institutions that I enquired by, Regent Business School sounded too good not to enrol..everytime I had a question bongmusa will phone me immediately....now that I have a problem and want a refund bongmusa and Maxine chooses to ignore me....that I find to be very irritating to say the least...just shows the commitment they give to the students when they want u to enroll and once u enrolled they don't care anymore....
