RBS declining refund R31600 & No response

- On the 19th Feb 2015 I deposited R31 600 for MBA registration/enrolment,<br> - But in April I was told by Desire Ndengu in Johannessburg office that the enrolment could not go through because I did not submit my Matric certificate, of which I had indicated that it was lost, then I resolved to withdraw from the enrolment process completely,<br> - I declined deferral of enrolment to second semester
