Profiles Not Up2Date - Late Marks!!!

If there was a 0 star, thats where this rating would be. I am a new student of this institution, and my experience here already is horrible, dreadful to say the very least. I've since waited for my results and nothing since the 12th of July, and supplementary exams are being written as we speak. I do not have marks, I cannot prepare my life, I do not know where Im standing with this institution. I spoke to someone from accounts they promised to update my profile within 48hrs which has long passed! Mind you, fees were paid in full in March when schools opened. Advice, do not come near this institution if you want peace.
