POOR SERVICE - DONT ADHERE TO TURN AROUND TIMES

Regent does not respond to email nor Give feedback at the right turn around time. I called in last week already and i was told my Assignment is with the marker and they will respond shortly. I promise you is the second week with no response. I have been making endless calls with is costing me money as well .Send them an email and no one is giving me answers. They are delaying me as i need to submit my result to my Company as they are paying my school fees.
