poor service

I am currently studying with Regent Business school, and I have been with them for four years now , I have never experience issue with them . the issue started when I supposed to submit my Project Cost Assignment . I have requested Regent to open the portal and I was charged for R750 for late submission , I did not have a problem I paid for resubmission of Assignment . The issue started when I was not receiving My assignment result as usual do like any other module . instead I was send incomplete result. I have been requesting my assignment result as is not included on my result but no one is willing to help. may I kindly have assistant. proof of payment send.
