Poor Service

Regent has failed to provide my 2023 November Exam Results after several calls not being answered by students support. To date I am still waiting for my results. The unofficial transcript from the portal only reflects July results and telephones are just ringing hence we are using our airtime. I'm highly disappointed and in no position to refer someone else there.
