Poor; Poor service

I have never in my experience as a student met such an *********** institution; received my assignment after 2 months of submitting them without any memorandum to guide me on where I went to better prepare for the exam; instead the institution is busy milking students for money through the assignment resubmission and through their supplementary exams; some of the questions on my assignment were not marked and I raised the issue with the school but was never assisted; now with my final exam the results are back but after the experience of my assignment not being marked I’m suspecting that the same happened with the exam; clearly this institution is just making money of us and not assisting us with our studies; I’m really disappointed after paying almost 30 000 now I must still pay more to write a supplementary exam that I’m not even sure about
