Payment - Bad Service
<p>Regent, Regent, Regent, sending me sms that I owe them money… according to my knowledge I don’t owe regent a cent. I was introduced to Regent Business School by a friend of min. I called the lady “Serita Mutemachani”, and asked about their courses they have and can I qualify to do my Bcom with Regent. Her response was ………she cannot tell but I will have to complete the forms, copy of your ID and my CV so that she can send it for assessment. I then send an email asking if I complete the forms I hope that I will NOT be liable for any payments. I didn’t get a response so I called her and got through to the receptionist and receptionist confirmed that Serita, is busy. I called again and got a hold of Serita and she confirmed NO you will only be liable for the money after you paid your registration fee of R3500.00 ( which if didn’t ) you need to complete the forms so that I can send it through for assessments to see if you qualify and I do believe that you will qualify because you over 23years old and you working.</p> <p> </p> <p>I received a call from a lady that was very demanding asking for my address to deliver something from Regent in March/ early April 2017. I asked to the lady what are you delivering because I didn’t make a payments as yet. She rep**** that she just wants my address to deliver something and she confirmed the address that she got on her side. I have send Regent numerous email’s and never gotten a response when they called me if was for MONEY…..</p> <p> </p> <p>May you guys please look in to this and may Regent please stop sending me sms that I must make payment to avoid further actions being instituted I don’t appreciate this.</p> <p> </p> <p> I dont owe you guys any funds before I completed the forms I've asked will I be liable for the funds or not ( Because i didnt want to complete forms and find out that I am liable for R25000) I was advise that i will not be liable....... Please stop sending me sms....that my Regent account is overdue and i must make immediate payement to avoid further actions being instituted... NO NO NO I have never received such sms in my life and not planing to so you guys better sort this out asap.....
