PATHETIC SERVICE - QUERY STILL NOT SORTED OUT

I am extremely disappointed in the level of service received from Regent. My daughter's first assessment is due on 22 March but we are still struggling to just get her profile sorted out. A lady named Thando is trying to help but she also has to escalate the problem to her Head Office, I will not recommend this institution to anyone. Be warned.
