Pathetic service

Im on Hello peter yet again and its only the beginning of the year ,im doing my final year and i cant wait to exit with no interest of returning ,I've made payment in full R32500 and I'm still begging Michelle and Emmanual to send me the academic calendar so that i can start with my studies .I've been sending emails the whole week with no response .The worst mistake Regent made was changing the student advisor because with Shazia Yusuf everything was convenient she knew what you needed without us complaining and making a fuss out of material that was supposed to be sent the minute they send you the enrollment confirmation.

Michelle doesn't know what she is doing and i highly recommend you bring back Shazia or train Michelle so that she knows what to do because she doesn't have a clue and she is the first point of contact when enrolling she gives a bad image of the journey you about to embark on.
