Pathetic institution

I am a first year student and I am currently working and studying part time. But everytime It's exam time this intuition sends you threatening emails about making payments and that they going to be listing you if you don't make a payment also not taking into account that you've got exam stress and then now financial stress as well. I am really not impressed with the type of communication I have been receiving about my school fees in the beginning of the year I clearly communicated to you guys that I am awaiting my bursar to confirm payment before agreeing to a payment plan however you guys decided to put me on a plan that I did not agree to and now all of a sudden I must pay R6500 extra onto my fees. I am not able to pay this and neither can I afford this. Please cancel me as a student completely and i won't write exams so I don't need any results from you guys cause I do not have any extra money to be paying you guys now. My agreement on paper with you guys are to pay only my fees not anything extra due to a payment plan I have not agreed to .

This is pathetic from an intuition to be threatening students during exams.
