Paid Registration fee, never received access information and now owing R6600

I paid registration fee for a module in April but never got any correspondence about access information. When I reached out on 30 May I was told that my registration was finalised on the 10th of April and material loaded on my profile on the same day. I asked how would I have known if no notification was sent and access information not given? I was told to apply for deferral, I told them to send me proof that they deed contact me otherwise it's not my fault but theirs and they should clear the debt in my account for this module of R6600 so I can register in 2025. I have not received any reply from the school. My correspondence has been with Nokuthula Vilakazi and Kuresha Padavattan. They don't seem to care about the delay they've caused me.
