Please avoid Regent as far as possible for your MBA.

After completing my subjects and exams in 2020 for my MBA, I proceeded with my thesis/dissertation after getting all the approvals. Never received information as time progressed as my email address mysteriously changed on their system. As per the usual you can never get a hold of someone and when you eventually do issues do not get rectified and this mysterious change of information kept happening which means I didn't complete the thesis in time. Fast forward to 2022, I enrolled for the subject Research and Statistical Methods in order to complete my Thesis and submitted it March 2023. Then I receive an email I am writing exams for Finance and Accounting, a subject completed and passed in 2020, why because I "enrolled for it" which I never did, now mysteriously they have no record of this subject and my mark. The internal errors blows my mind, how is this possible 3 years later when I have finalized my thesis already because I have passed all my subjects?
