Once You Have Paid They don't care about you

I have been registered final year in Regent . I contacted them using new address and updated all my details through student advisor but still i have not received my study guide. First it was Mr Makhanya on my first year and now it Miss Majola who failed to register me with new address. Brandan said will help but whenever i call he is no picking up the phone. Poor services all the way yet this is a business school.
