NO TRANSPARENCY OR CARE FOR STUDENTS JUST A MONEY MAKING SCHEME

i registered with the intension of attending on Saturdays to my surprise they no one do face to face classes it's only online and i was never told about this i found out when i enquired about why I'm not getting study materials, the website is not even user friendly it's just confusing, if there is someone who knows where i can report them please assist and apparently they won't even refund my money and this is actually their fault. No feed back, no reply on emails it's like once they have your money they ignore you, i regret coming back to Regent to think it used to be such an amazing place to study.
