No student support

Regent's new portal for assignment submissions times out before the applicable deadline i.e. 00:00 and subsequently does not allow for submissions. I was in the process of submitting my assignment when the portal returned an exception error and would not upload. The assignment status now reads overdue and does not allow me to submit. I have sent countless emails to Student Support and Artford that have been ignored. I have provided the institution with a screenshot of the error and my query is yet to receive the necessary attention. My attempts to phone them have been futile. The phones are unanswered or cut you off in the middle of a conversation. I am really frustrated with this institution and my experience has been nothing but agonising. I would not recommend studying at this institution.
