No Results To Date even After wriitten communication that it would be release on the 19th Dec 2023

They are unprofessional when it comes to the releasing of exam results, they promised to release the 2023 results around mid December, then they made a U turn amd said we will receive them from the 19th December 2023, then their portal crushed , we are heading to Christmas without the results and our bursary companies are demanding that we produce the results as soon as possible. No Apology email or communication stating the system is down or has crashed till now 2:30pm 20th Dec 2023 we await results from regent , communication very poor , wasting airtime while holding for hours only for the call to cut , emails from advisors will be different from the exam department we call . So much funds for such a poor service
