NO HELP WITH REGENT BUSINESS SCHOOL

I recently registered at Regent Business School. I received an email stating that I have made payment and a student advisor will be in contact with me. First semester starts in March and to date I have not received any correspondence from a student advisor. When I call the JHB offices nobody is able to assist it, they keep transferring me to the wrong people or the line is not available. I am appalled by the way they treat their new students.
