LOOK ELSEWHERE TO STUDY SO YOU DON’T LOOK LIKE A *****

Think twice before registering with this institution. It has been absolute hell. There is absolutely no student support, no assistance, no accountability for their errors. I have app**** for various opportunities in study and career progression and have been questioned about my statement of results. I am sitting with 3 different SOR’s sent to me by Admin Dept. where total credits do not add up correctly. I have tried to sort this out for the past two months, contacting them practically every single day and still no one is competent enough to resolve my issue. 3 different Statements of results for the same degree signed by the same Dean! I look like a total ***** and it seems as though there is an attempt to adjust the SOR’s cause none of them are the same. It’s so embarrassing! Text books only get delivered 3 weeks before the semester ends - WTH! Seriously think very very carefully before signing up with them. Once they have your money you are merely just a number! I cannot wait to finish up at this hell hole in June. Rather do more research to study at other institutions. These useless people create more stress for a student than is necessary! Thankfully I have been transparent with my communications in trying to resolve this by sharing the communications with the Executives of an international organization that I am currently in talks with. Suffice to say the one comment from said exec was that they would never in the future look at candidates or use the services for further education of this institution (he actually used the word circus).
