Late Submission Fee

So disappointed at Regent insisting that I pay late submission fee for two assignments when their portal opened so late. I still do not understand how students are expected to hand in assignments in a space of a week. One lecture did extend the date. The other two did not. I will acknowledge when I am at a wrong, this, I am not responsible for at all :(

Still no response. I had to call in yesterday and was promised feedback before 2PM and to this time, nothing. How frustrating. I regret enrolling with you guys. I would not recommend your institution. Wish I I could complete my degree elsewhere. You do not understand student's frustrations at all. Improper planning of results, assignments, tests and so fourth. WOW
